Delivery Information

Same Day Delivery

Daily Flower Deals offer same day delivery for fresh flowers Monday to Saturday. Flowers are freshly hand picked, arranged and delivered via our trusted network of Florists. Our service includes delivery to direct to the recipient, workplace, hospital or other venues.

Delivery of our Gourmet Hampers can be expected to take 2 - 4 business days, on average.  Countries of delivery include America and Canada only.


Monday to Friday

Orders of fresh flowers are to be placed by 12pm in the Recipient's time zone, for same day delivery.  Orders received after 12pm will be delivered the next business day.


Saturday

Orders of fresh flowers need to be placed by 9am in the Recipient's time zone, for same day delivery.  Orders received after 9am will be delivered the next business day.


Sunday and Public Holidays


We're unable to make deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.  Orders received will be delivered the following business day.  Please Note: Should same day delivery not be possible due to remoteness of the Recipient, we will contact you to organise an alternative arrangement. Cut off times do not apply to annual floral events including (but not limited to) Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas.


Delivery Times

Fresh Flower orders will arrive between 9am and 6pm for business addresses and between 9am and 6pm for residential addresses.  Same day delivery is available.

Most fresh flower deliveries will arrive in the afternoon due to courier pick up times and delivery practices.  While we try to deliver by your preferred delivery time, occasionally it's not possible to guarantee that these times will be reached.   Our network of Florists ensure the freshest of flowers, as a result there may be supply chain reasons an order is unable to be delivered within your preferred time frame. 

For Event Flowers, our network of Florists will strive to achieve perfect delivery timing, however an alternative address is preferred if the flowers aren't able to be delivered to your preferred address.  Specific delivery times may not be guaranteed due to the nature of courier load, traffic and weather.

We can deliver gourmet hampers as early as 9:00 am or as late as 10:00 pm.  However, we are currently unable to guarantee gift delivery requests  for a specific time.   we will call your intended recipient first in order to arrange a delivery time.  If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we will either:

  • Leave the gift basket with a neighbor and attach a note to your recipient's door stating the name of the person who accepted the arrangement on their behalf, or
  • Leave a note on your recipient's door asking them to call our florist's shop to arrange the most convenient time for re-delivery.

If your intended recipient is going to be at work on the day of your scheduled delivery, may we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace.  Please keep in mind: an incomplete or incorrect address or phone number may delay delivery. 


Delivery Status Notification
To ask about the status of any existing order, contacting us via our contact page Please have your order number handy.  If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.  


Delivery Areas

Delivery of orders to remote and rural areas, secured buildings and venues, cemeteries will not be guaranteed.  Flowers will also not be delivered to PO Boxes and Locked Bag addresses.  We'll try our very best to deliver your orders on time and at the intended location, we'll contact you should our delivery is not able to be made so an alternative arrangement can be made.  Please contact us for a listing of undeliverable areas.

Undeliverable Items

If no one is home, couriers make every effort to leave the flowers and hampers in a cool, safe place, however, sometimes nobody is home, gates are locked, so if this happens, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible for further instructions.

If we are unable to contact you or the recipient and there is no safe place to leave the delivery, the delivery driver will leave a message in the mailbox and return the delivery to the shop to await further instructions.

In order to ensure quick delivery of your Flowers and hampers please provide as much info as may be needed for efficient delivery and double check that the delivery address is correct, as re-delivery will incur a further delivery fee.
